In 1999, Sweet Briar College captured its ninth Affiliated National Riding Committee title. In addition to its tradition of producing champions, the Riding Program emphasizes instruction. Riders of all levels can learn and participate in hunter/show horses, training and schooling young horses, and hunter-oriented cross country.
